Sehida Frawley is currently employed with SAP as the Chief Business & Delivery Officer across Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role she provides strategic leadership and works closely with customers, partners and colleagues to deliver meaningful business outcomes across the region.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the technology sector, Sehida has built a distinguished career leading large-scale transformation, high-performing teams and complex organisations. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has played a key role in expanding SAP’s services business across Australia, the United States, and Asia Pacific region. In this role, Sehida has demonstrated a leadership style that is focused on collaboration, innovation and empowering others to succeed.

Beyond her executive career, Sehida is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, championing initiatives that create opportunities for women, young professionals and neurodiverse talent. Amongst other things, Sehida founded SAP’s Business Women’s Network in Canberra and her  commitment to inclusive leadership within the IT and communications industry was recognised with the 2017 Women in ICT (WIC) WICked Woman of the Year award.

Sehida is deeply connected to the Canberra community and has been a long-term supporter of Karinya House. Sehida joined the Karinya House Committee in late 2023.
