FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS OF KARINYA HOUSE
When you make an online donation via this website you are considered a Friend and Supporter of Karinya House. The information you provide should be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in automated receipts and correspondence to you remaining undeliverable.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
DONATIONS & PAYMENTS
Any donations made through the Karinya House website using a credit card or bank account are final. If you become aware that your credit card has been lost, stolen or is being used fraudulently, it is your responsibility to report the issue to your financial institution.
We do not store your credit card details. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments and use the eWAY gateway. However, we provide no warranty as to its safety or security.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, Karinya House is not able to offer refunds for any donations made.
