Karinya House is committed to ensuring we have the workforce capability and culture to deliver specialist supports to women with diverse and complex needs. As part of this commitment, we are currently seeking to build our ‘Care Team’ through the recruitment of Support Workers (Casual with conversion to Part-Time available once shifts are established), for weeknight (overnight) and weekend shifts on a rostered basis.

An ability to work compassionately with women, who are pregnant and early parenting with complex needs and promote their empowerment and independence is an essential requirement of this position.
