Kathleen Buckley is a Partner at Canberra-based accounting firm BellchambersBarrett, with nearly 20 years’ experience specialising in audit and consulting. Her expertise spans internal audit, financial statement and regulatory audits, assurance, risk management and consulting.

Kathleen is passionate about building strong, trusted relationships and is committed to delivering on her promises with diligence, integrity and attention to detail.

A long-standing volunteer in the Canberra community, Kathleen has a strong connection to Karinya House. She previously served as Treasurer of the Karinya House Committee and, after remaining closely connected with the organisation, was warmly welcomed back onto the Committee as an ordinary member in February 2026. Kathleen is also a serving committee member for the South Canberra Football Club.

As a woman and a mum, Kathleen is passionate about supporting women in the Canberra community. She is proud to contribute to the important work of Karinya House and its commitment to supporting women and their children with safety, shelter and a pathway forward.
